How to Spend 24H in Namur, Belgium
One of my favorite cities in the french part of Belgium is Namur. It also happens to be the capital of Wallonia. However, given that it is the capital, it is actually still quite small and easy to visit in just one day. Some of the highlights are the cable car, the citadel and the confluence of the 2 rivers.
Visit Bruges Belgium in 24 Hours
If you think of Belgium a lot of people will tell you that you need to visit Bruges. This small town in West Flanders is known as the little Venice of Belgium. The city has a lot of historic buildings and is built over the water. It is definitely a small city and can be visited within 24h. The best time of the year to visit are during summer (for the nice weather) or winter (christmas markets).

In the 1950s this region was known for its coal mine industry. Later in the 90s all these mines were closed and Limburg has completely transformed it from a mining industry to a beautiful nature reserve. Terhills is the best place for panoramic views of the region.
